If you are unsatisfied with your jewelry for any reason, please return it within 30 days of receiving your order (in original condition) for an exchange or a refund, but the shipping fee is not refundable.  While we take great care to create each piece to be very sturdy, if there happens to be a defect in the piece that causes it to break in that time, we replace your jewelry or refund your money.

Shipping and Ordering Information

Each jewelry piece is custom created to order; most items ship within 1-2 weeks. If your jewelry will take longer than 2 weeks to create, we will notify you of the time frame for your approval.

Zhulia ships all domestic orders UPS. We ship to the U.S. and Canada. Shipping for the U.S. is free. Shipping to Canada is $10.00.

California residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax.
